I am Dr. Laura Falk — researcher, educator, and DEI practitioner. I spent years trying to reach the people everyone else gave up on. The resistant. The dismissive. The ones in the back of the room with their arms crossed. This platform is built on what I found — and on the belief that real change happens when someone refuses to leave without everyone.

My intention for this space is simple — to share what I have learned, what I am still learning, and how it might help you try on a different lens. Because embracing knowledge is a powerful tool. And you belong in this work.
